Houses for sale in Alexander Heights are within the City of Wanneroo and are approximately 14 kilometres from the Perth CBD. The suburb was initially named ‘Alinjarra’, an Aboriginal word for ‘north’. It was renamed in 1987 when the suburb began more developments. The new name derived from the main road in the suburb, Alexander Drive.

The Mitchell Freeway or Alexander Drive will be a part of your daily commute, getting you to the City in approximately 25 minutes.
